A bit more pricey than the majority of Homewood but also less expensive than its sister neighborhood Hollywood.

Hollywood AL was once its own municipality in the early 1900′s prior to being annexed by Homewood and is ‘the’ Homewood neighborhood, so to speak if you are in the upscale or historic segment of the Homewood market.  Architecturally modeled after its California namesake you will find a fascinating group of stuccoed and flat roofed homes with a southwestern US styling, however look to pay above $350k.
